I’m a passionate Marketing Manager with a rich and diverse background that infuses my approach to marketing and brand development with creativity and depth. My career journey spans over two decades of managing customer expectations, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional service. I have spent 15 of those years in supervisory and management roles and 6 years in the design and print industry. This extensive experience has been instrumental in shaping my understanding of client relations and brand awareness—skills that are indispensable in today's market-driven landscape.

Three years ago, I made a triumphant return to my roots in marketing, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective to my role as Marketing Manager. My time in the print industry sharpened my eye for compelling visuals and impactful messaging, while my diverse background allows me to craft engaging copy and imagery for a variety of campaigns—including social media, blogs, emails, and print—and adeptly manage SEO to maximize online presence. My strength in analyzing data and metrics allows me to pivot campaigns dynamically, ensuring they resonate well and achieve desired outcomes.

Career

My passion for marketing started in high school during a communication technology course, where I learned the basics of print, design, and photography. This early exposure ignited my interest in the field and set the foundation for my future endeavours.

I further honed my skills at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Calgary, specializing in New Media Production and Design. This experience catapulted me into the dynamic world of print media, where I cultivated a sharp eye for compelling visuals and impactful messaging.

Additionally, I hold an event planner certificate, which has enriched my ability to organize and execute successful marketing events and campaigns.

Education

Beyond my professional life, I'm an avid costume sewer, prop maker, cosplayer, miniaturist, and self-taught makeup artist. I find joy in the meticulous process of bringing imaginative concepts to life. I'm also a dedicated fur mom to a 10-year-old dachshund and a 2-year-old orange tabby, both of whom bring endless joy to my life. I love sushi, thrifting, and baking—activities that fuel my zest for life. I also adore horror movies and all types of music from the 1950s to today.
